Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By using Entertainment Today (hereinafter referred to as the "Site" or "We"), the User declares acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the following Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Site. We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update this policy at any time. We encourage visitors to periodically review the aforementioned Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Site after changes to these terms are posted indicates acceptance of such changes.
1. Your Account

We have the right (but not the obligation) to (i) refuse or remove any Content that, in our reasonable judgment, violates any of our internal policies or is in any way harmful or offensive, or (ii) terminate or deny access and use of the Site, Products, and/or Services to any person for any reason, at our sole discretion.
3. Fees and Payments
By purchasing our Products and/or Services, you agree to pay a fee or annual subscription for such Product or Service. The configurations and prices of the Site, Products, and/or Services are subject to change at any time, and we may modify configurations, fees, prices, and quotations, provided that no price changes are applied to the user during the subscription period, and they will only take effect after an extension, update, or renewal of the subscription period has been agreed upon. You give your consent to such changes if you do not object in writing within seven (7) business days of receiving the notification or invoice that incorporates or announces the commission and/or price changes. All prices are considered net, and you will be required to pay all taxes, duties, levies, or other similar charges.
4. Use of Third-Party Content and Materials
Through the operation of the Site, we do not represent or imply that you approve of the material published therein or that we believe such material is accurate, useful, or not harmful. The Site may contain offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable content, as well as content containing technical inaccuracies, typographical errors, and other errors. The Site may also contain material that violates privacy or publicity rights; infringes intellectual property and other proprietary rights of third parties; or whose downloading, copying, or use is subject to additional terms and conditions, stated or unstated. We disclaim any liability for any violations and/or damages resulting from the use or downloading of messages or posts from other parties on the Site.
5. Content Posted on Other Websites
We have not reviewed, and cannot review, all the material, including computer software, made available through the websites and web pages to which our Site links and those linked to it. We have no control over such third-party websites and web pages, and we are not responsible for their content or use. By linking to a third-party website or web page, we do not represent or imply any endorsement of such website or web page.
6. Copyright Infringement
We encourage you to respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked from the Site infringes your copyright, please notify us immediately. We will respond to all such notices, including if necessary or appropriate, by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material.
7. Termination of Contract
You may terminate your contract and close your account with Us at any time, effective from the last day of the subscription period, by sending an email. We may terminate the aforementioned relationship with you, or we may terminate or suspend accessibility to the Site, Products, and/or Services at any time, including the use of any software, (i) in the event of a breach of the following Terms; (ii) if we have reasonable suspicion that you are using the Site, Products, and/or Services to violate the law or infringe the rights of any third party; (iii) in the event of non-payment of amounts due to Us; (iv) in the event of a violation of any applicable law or regulation. Upon termination of your account for the aforementioned reasons, no refund of commissions will be made, and you will be denied access to the Site, Products, and/or Services, including all your data. If you believe that We have acted wrongfully or that the Services are defective, you must notify us in writing and allow us fourteen (14) days to remedy the defect. If we do not remedy the defect within this period, you have the right to terminate your subscription with immediate effect by written notice to Us.
8. Changes
The configurations and specifications of the Site, including, by way of example, all features, Products, and Services available, may be modified and/or updated from time to time, at our sole discretion. You are bound by such changes or updates, unless such changes materially reduce the functionality and value of the Site, Products, and/or Services.
9. Special Note on Minors
The Site is not designed or intended for use by minors under 16 years of age, and our Products and Services may not be purchased by minors under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from visitors under 16 years of age. If you are under 16 years old, you are not authorized to send us any personal information. If you are under 16 years old, you should only use the Site with the consent of a parent or guardian.

If you are dissatisfied with the Site, your sole remedy is to stop using it.

We do not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, or accept any content or user content, nor any opinion, recommendation, content, link, data, or advice expressed or implied, and we expressly disclaim any liability in connection with user content and any other content, material, or information available on or through the Site, Products, and/or Services, created or provided by users or other third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall any party, its subsidiaries and affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and other representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits and business interruption, whether contractual or tortious, including negligence, arising in any way from the use of the Site, Products, Services, and/or related Content, or any website or hyperlink, even if such party has been expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. Except for damages relating to legally proven or admitted intellectual property infringement caused by Products and/or Services provided by a party without third-party content, in no event shall a party's liability exceed the total sums received by Us from you during the six (6) months immediately preceding period.
12. User Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that your use of the Site, Products, and/or Services will comply with any agreement between you and Us, the Privacy Policy, the following Terms, and applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to any law or regulation in your country, state, city, or other governmental area regarding online conduct and acceptable content, including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside, and with any other applicable policies and/or terms and conditions.
13. Indemnification
Subject to the limitations set forth herein, the Parties agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party, including their subsidiaries and affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and other representatives, from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs), arising out of, relating to, or in connection with (i) a material breach of these Terms or any agreement between the Parties, or (ii) any allegation regarding any information or material (including any Content) that infringes the rights of third parties.
You understand and agree that, by using the Products and/or Services, you are solely responsible for any data, including personally identifiable information collected or processed through our Products and/or Services. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Us harmless, without limitation, for all damages in connection with (alleged) violations of any privacy law through the use of the Products and/or Services with your account.
14. Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted to reflect the original intention of the Parties, and the remaining sections will remain fully valid and effective. The waiver by either party of any term or condition of the following Terms or any breach thereof shall not in any case result in a waiver of such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may assign your rights under these Terms only to any party that accepts and agrees in writing to be bound by the terms of this document. We may assign our rights under these Terms at our sole discretion. These Terms will be binding and ensure the benefit of the parties, their successors, and authorized assigns. You represent that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Us as a result of the Terms or your use of the Site, Products, and/or Services.
